Commitment to Education and Community Development

The initiative forms part of the educational and humanitarian interventions associated with Engr. Adegboyega Ayyub, Chief Executive Officer of Imran Roofing and Properties.

Beyond the annual bursary and scholarship programme, educational support initiatives associated with Engr. Ayyub have included the sponsorship of JAMB registration for students. In 2026, more than 200 students were shortlisted under the Imran Roofing Free JAMB initiative. Imran Roofing

The Bursary and Scholarship Award, however, focuses specifically on providing financial assistance to students from Akesan Town studying in higher institutions. The programme has also increasingly recognised academic excellence by providing higher awards to students with outstanding academic records.

Appreciation to the Organising Committee

Following the successful completion of the 2026 disbursement, appreciation was extended to members of the Bursary and Scholarship Committee for their commitment, support and dedication throughout the process.

The committee has played an important role in the screening and selection of qualified beneficiaries over the years. Published information from the 2025 edition, for instance, identified members of the committee as indigenous graduates of the community responsible for carefully screening and selecting beneficiaries.
